Smartest Character in Fiction Simulator

Who is smarter?

When it comes to intelligence, it's often debated which of our favorite characters from anime and television are truly the smartest. My intellectual battle simulator allows to put those debates to rest and put some of the smartest characters around up against each other.

Find out if Tony Hawk is smarter than Light Yagami or if L was truly the most clever in the Death Note series by choosing two combatants from the lists below. Each battle of wits will consist of 1,000 simulations and the winner will be displayed after you select the 'Brawl' button.

Keep on scrolling for more simulated battles. I've taken each competitor in Fantasy Brawl's database and listed the results of their battle of wits below. Each competitor's brain power is ranked on a scale of 1 - 100.

A number of factors were considered when coming up with a score for each character. I've listed a few of them below for your viewing pleasure.

How Character Intellect Scores Were Determined

  1. Feats of intellect - The character's intellectual achievements and the difficulty it was to accomplish these feats.

  2. Deductive Capabilities - How well could characters achieve objectives or solve mysteries with limited knowledge. For example, Light had abundantly more knowledge of the Death Note and it's capabilities than L did, but the former still struggled against the latter.

  3. How they gained their intellect - Whether a character was born a genious (mutation) or acquired it through rigourous studying. For example, Bruce Banner vs Charles Xavier.

  4. Problem solving speed - How quickly the character solves problems.

  5. Intellectual accuracy - How often the character was correct in their assessments.

  6. How often the character relies on their intellect - Do they solve problems with brute force more often than strategy?
